Rules of Thirds Photo Project

 Using the "Rules of Thirds": These a picture I took of my sister. I placed her eyes on one of the cross sections to take this photo. I did the same for the teddy bear, I placed one of the cross sections on the eye. This is a picture I took outside of my house and I placed the top horizontal lines on the on the street lights to take this picture  This is a picture I took of the sky tonight and I aligned the right vertical line with the moon to take this picture. Breaking the "Rules of Thirds" This a photo I took of my brother without following the guidelines.

 Iconic Photographer (Ansel Adams) The photographer's images that I connected with most was Ansel Adams. Something that I like about him is that  Adams was deeply impressed with the simplicity of the images’ conception and by their rich and luminous tonality, a style in contrast to the soft-focus Pictorialism still in vogue among many contemporary photographers. The experience confirmed in him his evolution toward a purer and more realistic style.  Ansel Adams, the legendary landscape and nature photographer, gave modern-day photographers a conscious way to make decent photographs into exceptional ones through his technique known as 'visualization.' Capturing vast landscapes has been one of photography's most important tenants since its inception. He's mostly known for his black and white pictures because he thought colors can be distracting but there are also some amazing color he took.
